Dr. Jens Hofele

Born in 1968, he joined the company‘s research and development team in 1997 after earning his degree in Chemistry from the University of Paderborn. Over the next few years he focused on the development of waterproofing products and in 1999 began branching out into the planning of production facilities and the export division. Since 2002 his main focus has been on developing international markets, including projects in the USA and Middle East. In 2004 he became a managing partner, overseeing the daily operations and development of AQUAFIN International GmbH, the holding company for international partnerships and joint ventures.
Alexander Weber
Managing partner and director of SCHOMBURG ICS GmbH
Born in 1972 he successfully finished his apprenticeship with the SCHOMBURG Group and joined the company on the sales side, developing into a first class sales manager with strong leadership qualities. In 2003 he was promoted to national sales manager of SCHOMBURG GmbH, assuming the responsibility for strategic growth of sales across a network of national distributors. Since 2009 he has been leading SCHOMBURG ICS GmbH, which emerged after the two sales divisions RETHMEIER and INDUTEC were merged. In 2010 Alexander Weber became managing partner with his focus on Intelligent Construction Systems for Engineers and the Concrete Industry.?
